Nate’s Property Services & Mobile Detailing was built around a simple goal: to provide dependable local service and quality work customers can feel good about.
Although Nate was born in Illinois, he came to DeLand at a young age and has called Central Florida home ever since. Growing up and building a life here has given him a strong connection to the community and a sense of pride in serving the people who live in it.
With more than 10 years of hands-on experience, Nate has built a diverse background working on handyman and property projects, from working as an electrician's apprentice to providing mobile detailing services for established companies. Along the way, he developed the practical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset that now shape the way he approaches every job.
Nate's Property Services & Mobile Detailing grew from a simple idea: use those skills to make life a little easier for the people around him. Projects always need doing—some require tools or experience you may not have, while others never seem to make it off the to-do list. Nate wants to be someone local customers can call when they need an extra hand getting those things taken care of.
Whether he's helping with a project around someone's property or bringing a vehicle back to looking its best, Nate takes pride in doing quality work, communicating clearly and treating every customer's property with respect.
